My Book Journal
So far my journal is full of some old wholesome romance books, but I’m looking to explore more genres. I want to explore more fantasy, science fiction, and non-fiction books. I want to make sure the books that I am reading are appropriate and not something I would be embarrassed to say that I read.
My Top Three Books
Here is a list of my top 3 books. I realize all of them are romance books right now. And yes, these are the books with the fictional men that I had crushes on. But soon I hope they will be more varied.
Rose in Bloom by Louisa May Alcott
This is the second book in the series Eight Cousins. I absolutely love this book because of the romance.
I consider it a charming and innocent romance as it doesn’t have typical aspects of modern-day romance.
Rilla of Ingleside by L. M. Montgomery
Rilla of Ingleside is the eighth and last book in the Anne of Green Gables series. It is also an innocent romance book that I love.
I have enjoyed the story as it follows a teenage Rilla as she grows into a woman and finds love.
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
This romance book is rather cliche but I do love Mr. Darcy and his character development.
Fun fact about me, I like to listen to the audio book to fall asleep.
